The cuff is long, but only has a few stitches that can be cut out! Which would also allow a longer inseam. 32in inseam is with the cuff. 
Raw hemline if you need to cut the bottom! 
I’m a size 6/8 and wear the 6! 
If you prefer I tighter fitting Jean, size down one! 
The inside has an adjustable waistband that allows tightening and loosening!
